Clemens Frede

Clemens is of the balanced and analytic kind, enjoying the diversity of life in its various ways. Since leaving his 9-5 desk-job after almost ten years he’s built himself a more flexible and liberated schedule. Today he’s a consultant with a masters degree in performance psychology, a registered yoga teacher (E-RYT200 and RYT-500) and a marketing manager. His primary focus in his work as a coach and consultant is on mindful living, stress reduction and burn-out prevention. Yet, friendships, baking and traveling are also important aspects of his schedule. It’s amazing how you can observe principles of performance psychology and yoga in the simple creation of a delicious New York cheesecake.
